The drug Antabuse otherwise known as Disulfiram is being fed to clients for a second O.W.I. offense in the Indiana, Allen County area. These clients are unaware of the side effects and the toll it is taking on their bodily systems. All other courts in america have discontinued this shameless poisoning for profit or never started to begin with. The not so Honorable Judge Ryan was a conciever of this program and has sentenced offenders for over 15 years to his poison palace.
